  • At the heart of everything Chef Sarah cooks is locally-sourced, in-season, fresh, high quality ingredients. She specializes in global, destination-based menus and seasonal menus. She can prepare a curated, bespoke menu – based on your event theme, dietary preferences and more.

  • The food is cooked in the event space or in your home kitchen.

  • Chef Sarah has a European approach to sourcing ingredients, she is a curator and purveyor of high-quality goods. She sources from farmers markets, Whole Foods or other health-conscious grocers and specialty stores such as local butchers, fish mongers and spice markets.

  • Item description

  • While tipping is not required, it is always appreciated for exceptional service. If you feel that Chef Sarah’s services have met or exceeded your expectations, 20% gratuity is the industry standard. Thank you for your consideration!

  • To engage Chef Sarah for a private event and menu curation, please contact her via email.

  • Chef Sarah provides services throughout all boroughs of New York City. For local engagements, clients are required to cover the cost of return transportation via Uber or taxi. In addition, Sarah is available for travel placements both domestically and internationally. For these engagements, the client is responsible for covering all travel expenses, including ground or air transportation, accommodation, groceries, the chef’s daily rate and a per diem meal stipend.

  • We can accommodate food allergies, preferences and dietary restrictions. Just let us know. The sooner Chef Sarah knows about allergy and dietary restrictions the better, as it impacts her ingredient sourcing and menu curation. Please check with all of your guests individually and let her know as soon as you can.

  • Absolutely. Chef Sarah can host a private supper club at her residence in Manhattan or she can bring Supper by Sarah to your own private residence. Feel free to inquire about travel placements as well.

  • For Private Chef Events, a 50% deposit is required to book with Chef Sarah and hold the date, the remaining cost will be sent via invoice the day after the event. You are able to cancel your service at any time at least 1 week in advance for a full refund. After this point, you will forfeit the deposit. If you cancel for any reason within 48 hours of your service time, you will be charged the remainder of the service cost.
